LY112 Single-Phase Electric Energy Meter---On-Site Calibration Instrument

Introduction

This instrument is a single phase Portable Working Standard of class 0.1 %, and is used to test single phase meters installations on site.

The unit can be used with various types of clamp-on CTs and current sensors. Therefore, it is possible to easily and accurately test both CT and direct connected meters.

The unit can be powered either from the built-in rechargeable battery or the measuring circuit or from an auxiliary single phase supply.

  • Simultaneously measure full wave, fundamental wave and harmonic. And display all parameters of the full wave and fundamental wave in real time, as well as various parameters of the total harmonic.
  • Error measurement modes include 7 kinds of full wave active power and fundamental wave active power. It can verify the accuracy of active energy of full wave meters, fundamental wave meters, and harmonic meters, and the accuracy of reactive energy of full wave meters and fundamental wave meters. It can also check the accuracy of the apparent energy meter.
  • Simultaneously analyze the content and measurement value of U, I, P, Q, VA of the 2nd – 51st harmonic, showing the total harmonics PH+, PH- and as a percentage of the fundamental wave to determine the effect of the positive and negative active power of the harmonics on the metering.
  • The dial test (energy accumulation test) can test both the energy meter with pulse output (LED/Disc mark/Terminal) and the energy meter without energy pulse output.
  • Display voltage, current vector diagram.
  • Display voltage and current waveforms.
  • With temperature and humidity measurement function (optional).
