
Energy Meter Power Frequency Magnetic Field Test Device
Introduction
The three-phase device contains program-controlled power supply, standard meter, error calculation module, etc.
Coil for generating magnetic field at work frequency contains an automatically rotatable coil and an automatically rotatable energy meter test bracket located in the center of the coil, with voltage and current terminals and signal line terminals for wiring the test energy meter. Excitation current source contains a program-controlled current source, the output of which can be synchronized with the voltage output signal of the calibration device, with adjustable phase angle and adjustable amplitude, and is used to access the excitation coil to generate an industrial frequency magnetic field.
Control computers and test software contains a control computer and test software, the computer communicates with the calibration device, excitation power supply, and generating coil controller, and is capable of automatically generating the magnetic field.
- The device is able to test and examine the influence of external magnetic field of power meter at 0.5mT.
- The magnetic field generating coil of the device is able to rotate automatically under computer control and the angle of rotation can be set.
- The energy meter can be automatically rotated around the Z-axis on the test bench under computer control, and the rotation angle can be set.
- The excitation current source output of the device can be synchronized with the voltage output signal of the calibration device, with adjustable phase angle and adjustable amplitude, in order to generate a controllable and settable magnetic field.
